Intake Conversation
A good 'click' with your coach is an essential aspect of coaching. During this obligation free 30 minute conversation we can make a start getting to know one another, explore your situation and see how we can work together.
Online
Whether you are in the Netherlands, elsewhere in Europe, or even further abroad your location is no barrier to getting the help you need. I provide online coaching via Teams or Google Meet. Online coaching is no barrier to effective coaching.
Individual Sessions
My approach is to offer coaching that suits your needs and meets your goals. You can book per session if you need a conversation to deal with a short-term situation, or you need a follow up one-off conversation after completing your coaching trajectory.
In Person
Sometimes you prefer the in-person dynamic for your coaching. I am based in Harderwijk and provide a comfortable setting for your in-person coaching trajectory. I can also travel, within reason, to you which would include travel costs.
Coaching Package
With a coaching package you can book a series of 5 coaching sessions that gives you time and space to explore your needs and discover your pathway forward. A coaching package provides a small discount to booking individual sessions.
Themes
My coaching themes include:
- navigating change
- stress, work-life balance

Coaching v Therapy
Both coaching and therapy share the goal of helping the client experience well-being and use some similar techniques. One difference in coaching is we tend to look at your current situation and see how you can move forward towards your goals and personal development. Therapy tends to be for more significant mental and emotional health issues, dealing with the things from your past that are causing pain and blockage in the present. While counselling is reparative in nature, coaching has a developmental focus. In practice there is an overlap between the two, that is why my coaching training incorporated elements of counselling.
